A lot of people wouldn't eat at a restaurant if the conditions there are unsanitary... places like Labella and Roopali... but if the food tastes good, germs or no germs, it goes down the hatch... :P
I really like your illo, and the details on the characeter are very funny. I do think that the restaurant looks quite clean...? Maybe scrubbing some dark colours onto the walls with a dry brush would help muddy them up and make them look unsanitary?
